MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 10, 2007 – Dr. Christopher Lucies, a core faculty member with Capella University (www.capella.edu), an accredited,* fully online university, has been named president-elect of the Texas Mental Health Counselors Association (TMHCA). Dr. Lucies, who teaches for the CACREP (the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs) counseling education and counseling studies programs in the online university’s School of Human Services, was elected in September.
