MINNEAPOLIS, March 5, 2008 — The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) has named Capella University (www.capella.edu) faculty member Darlene Van Tiem as the new president-elect of ISPI’s international board of directors. Van Tiem teaches training and performance improvement in the School of Education at Capella, which is an accredited* online university with more than 22,000 students.

Founded in 1962, the ISPI is the leading international association dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the workplace. ISPI represents more than 10,000 international and chapter members throughout the United States, Canada, and 40 other countries.
