MINNEAPOLIS, March 5, 2008 — The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) has named Capella University (www.capella.edu) faculty member Darlene Van Tiem as the new president-elect of ISPI’s international board of directors. Van Tiem teaches training and performance improvement in the School of Education at Capella, which is an accredited* online university with more than 22,000 students.
