MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 11, 2007 — Capella University (www.capella.edu), an accredited,* fully online university, has been named one of the top 30 military-friendly institutions by Military Advanced Education magazine. Capella will be highlighted in the publication’s December issue. Approximately 17 percent of the online university’s students are members of the military, their families, or veterans.

Capella was selected as a top military-friendly institution based on its military enrollments, contracts, student feedback, degree programs, and military-friendly policies. Capella currently serves more than 20,000 students from all 50 states and 56 countries. Nearly 85 percent of Capella’s students are seeking master’s or PhD degrees online.
