MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 2, 2007 – The Minnesota Tekne Awards named Capella University (www.capella.edu), an accredited, fully online university based in Minneapolis, the winner in its Technology User category at an award ceremony last night at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
